Refund Policy:

All product sales are final at the time of purchase. Canada Cardz Collectiblez does not accept returns or exchanges on sealed Sports Cards boxes/products and TCG.

Damages and Issues:

• Refunds will not be issued for ripped boxes.
• Small tears, scuffs, and separations at the seams of factory-sealed product shrink wrap are considered normal and are common due to shipping directly from suppliers/manufacturers. These issues do not qualify for compensation or refunds.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.

Exceptions:

If an exception is made, orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return label cost. No exceptions.
